Science and Snake Tails
"Snake Tails was really good! It was interesting because I know what to do if I see a snake. We got to touch a python which was really cool" Jade Smith
"Now I will definitely lookout for Fierce snakes in South Australia. I learnt a lot, especially about red belly black snakes and how I would like them to be protected. The turtle was so cute." Millie Logan
We look forward to welcoming Bob and his reptiles back to MacKillop College next Year. Thank you to Year 7 for being excellent participants in this activity.

"I thought it was very interesting to learn more about reptiles. Bob showed us that reptiles are much more interesting than what I thought they were." Claudia
"I enjoyed snake tails because it made me overcome a little bit of my snake fears. It was good because I got to touch a snake. It was fun!"
Madeleine McGregor
"I thought that snake tails was awesome and I learned a lot about snakes and lizards. One thing I learnt was that in Australia we have the most poisonous snake in the world," (The Fierce Snake) "and that Bob had been bitten a lot!" Hayley Golding
"I thought that snake tails was FUN! It was interesting and I actually patted a snake, which I never thought I would do. Bob was very funny!"

Many thanks to students and staff who attended workshops with the Catholic Primary Schools in Bathurst over the last two weeks. These visits were highly successful with the girls from MKC being prepared to help the musicians from each of the schools to develop further musical skill.
March has been a busy period for the orchestra and I thank all members and their parents for the support that they have provided during this time.
